Official Contest Rules

Overview

The "Pet of the Month" contest is organized by MyPetIn3D. By participating, you agree to these official rules. The contest is a skill-based competition where participants submit photos of their pets to collect votes from the community.

Eligibility

• The contest is open to participants 18 years of age or older.
• Participants from all countries are welcome to enter.
• Employees of MyPetIn3D and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• One entry per pet per contest period. You may enter multiple different pets.

How to Enter

• Visit the contest page and complete the entry form with your pet's photo, name, and breed.
• Provide your name and email address for notification purposes.
• Entries are reviewed within 24 hours. Approved entries will appear on the contest page.

Voting Rules

• Anyone can vote. One vote per email address per entry.
• Voters must provide a valid email address to cast a vote.
• Vote manipulation (fake emails, bots, purchased votes) will result in disqualification.

Prize

The winner receives:

• One custom 15cm 3D pet sculpture (approximate retail value: ~$53.99)
• Winner chooses their preferred sculpture color
• Free worldwide shipping included

Winner Selection

The pet with the most valid votes at the end of the contest period wins. In case of a tie, the entry submitted first will be declared the winner. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the contest ending.

Contest Period

Each contest runs for one calendar month, starting on the 1st and ending on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The countdown timer on the contest page shows the exact remaining time.

Disqualification

MyPetIn3D reserves the right to disqualify any entry for:

• Vote manipulation or fraudulent voting activity
• Submitting photos that are not of your own pet
• Using AI-generated images, stock photos, or stolen content
• Inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content

Privacy & Data Use

Your email address is used only for contest notifications and, if you opt in, marketing communications. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. See our full Privacy Policy.

Photo Rights

By submitting an entry, you grant MyPetIn3D a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your pet's photo on our website, social media, and marketing materials. You retain full ownership of your photos.

Limitation of Liability

MyPetIn3D is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or circumstances beyond our control. Prizes are provided "as is" with no warranty. Total liability is limited to the value of the prize.

Modifications

MyPetIn3D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time. Significant changes will be communicated on the contest page.
