Agreement to terms

By accessing or using MyPetIn3D's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our services

MyPetIn3D creates custom 3D sculptures based on photos you provide. Each sculpture is handcrafted and unique. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations from the original photos are inherent to the artistic process.

Orders and payment

Pricing: All prices are displayed in your local currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order placement will be honored.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards through Stripe.

Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Production begins immediately after payment confirmation.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Due to the custom nature of our products, we begin work immediately after payment confirmation.

Photo requirements

• You must own or have permission to use the photos you upload
• Photos should clearly show your pet's face and features
• We recommend 2-3 photos from different angles
• Photos must be appropriate and not contain offensive content
• We reserve the right to reject photos that do not meet our quality standards

Production and delivery

Production time: Each sculpture takes approximately 10-14 business days to create.

Shipping: We offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after production, depending on your location.

Tracking: You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Refunds and returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds except in the following cases:

• The sculpture arrives damaged (report within 48 hours of delivery)
• The sculpture does not reasonably resemble your pet (at our discretion)
• Your order is lost in transit

For damaged items, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will either repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your photos. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to use them for production. We may use anonymized photos for marketing with your explicit consent. All website content, designs, and branding are owned by MyPetIn3D.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that sculptures will be identical to submitted photos, as each piece is a unique artistic interpretation.

Limitation of liability

MyPetIn3D's liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our sculptures are for decorative purposes only and not intended for children under 3 years.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MyPetIn3D harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of photos you do not have the right to use.

Circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Delaware.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and MyPetIn3D regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
